How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the UK. We strive to dispatch all handmade polymer clay orders within 48 hours of purchase.
What are the postage costs?
Postage is free for all UK orders over £50. For UK orders under £50, a flat rate of £3.99 applies for standard tracked delivery.
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international), please contact me with your order number. I’ll investigate with the postal service and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not provide international shipping. We only deliver within the UK, though we hope to expand our reach to global customers in the future.
